Hey there,
I was working front aerials at my gym sleepover two days ago, just for fun, and today I can't walk up the stairs with out making funny old person sounds.:confused:

I don't know how to stretch it out. Any suggestions? I have a scoreout meet on Saturday, and I really don't want to be sore. :( Please helppppp!
 
try laying down on your stomach then grab your foot and pull (so your knee will be bent) until it stretches. and if it's not stretching anything then pull your knee of the ground a little and it will stretch more.. hope that helps :)
