I was working front aerials at my gym sleepover two days ago, just for fun, and today I can't walk up the stairs with out making funny old person sounds.
I don't know how to stretch it out. Any suggestions? I have a scoreout meet on Saturday, and I really don't want to be sore. Please helppppp!
