I guess I fall into that catagory of 'over the hill'... I am almost 43, and still trying to get in good enough shape to compete just ONE MORE TIME.
My wife reminds me I am crazy, and this week I am nursing a strained lower back... yeee ouch!
I am working out at a university gym and sadly, I AM old enough to be these guys dad's! Maybe not sadly.
So, for me I am on the ultimate come back trail... this may be THE YEAR I get a score again.
