Okay, So tonight I was left covering on the level 5s and as I never did bars beyond level 4 I never learnt a kip. Tonight I found myself coaching kips having never really done them nor coached them before. My corrections were limited to straight arms, toes to the bar and straight arms and shift your wrists.
Could someone please explain to me a kip and some common errors. Obviously you cannot tell me everything over the internet but a start would be nice. I found myself thrown into the deep end not really knowing what to say.
