Hello,
I have gotten a few requests to make a video for unique skills that I love (https://www.chalkbucket.com/forums/...-in-the-cop-and-what-value.58544/#post-493644). So why not start it now?

yes there was also a Tsukahara version of this dismount - also banned now - but competed by British gymnast Sally Larner in the 1980s

Nelli Kim had some unique stuff in her 1980 olympic ub routine - I always liked the hecht transition from hb to lb - not sure if its allowed of even possible with modern ub settings


Kim also had a totally unique bb dismount - a running arial off beam into back tuck - I believe this in the new fig code rated E

Definately not allowed for elites - they're not allowed to stand on the bar. Maybe for JO, but I don't know if it's possible.
