When holding dish it really hurts my back and hardly hurts my stomach at all, its almost unbearable. Are there any reasons for this and if there is what is a solution
No i haven't got it checked out because i suspected it was something to do with the technique or something like that. And this isn't a sudden thing, ever since doing gymnastics and i hold dish it hurts, my back hurts doing nothing else except dish either so thats why i suspect it is not an injury, i think it was something to do with using the wrong muscles to hold me up? but i don't know how to change it
