I agree. There are only a handful Gymnast that should compete them.

The level 8s at the gym started to work on them. Just why. It´s not pretty to watch, and it repulses me.

In my opinion - no gymnast should compete them. Even the gymnasts who do them well, they push to do too many in succession and then they look horrible.

My oldest has been training a double wolf and is planning to add it into her beam routine later in the season. Hers doesn't look too bad! I would say 70% are terrible, the other 30 are quite pretty!

Most gymnasts who perform side somis are able to compete them well with minor deduction. The same cannot be said for the wolf turns. I don't think I would have as much a problem with them if gymnasts would just do singles.
