Any free video creation sites out there?

If anyone does any editing of their gymmie's meets into one video, what program do you use? Are there any FREE programs out there? I know some people use One True Media but it looks like you have to pay $3.99/month if you want to upload any videos longer than 30 seconds or 100MB.

I've always used windows movie maker for mine, but then I only make dvd's - I don't post my children on the web. Its good enough (and simple enough ) for my needs.

Window movie maker for mine too. I do post them on the web for family to see but you can only see it if you are in my address book or if I give the web address link.
