I have a rip that's quite large on my hand. problem is as soon as it fixes it is re ripping. Done this about 3 times. It's the only rip I have on my hands. And yes I wear grips. Any suggestions?
I come from a small gym were not even everyone wears grips! I was wondering what does pre wrap do? I have been still getting rips with grips would this help?

So next year when they change to deleting the state stream where does this leave us with competition season. State stream competes over the winter and Nationals competes over summer. Will state streamers go with 2 competition seasons in a row. Or go 1 year with out competing?
This is the story guys. I am a 10E (32F us sizing) and having a bra that does not show is impossible! I need a high impact bra that can not been seen for competition. This is very hard! Any one have ideas? Personal experience?

I have my hiccup but not the kip the common problem. I have gotten a kip about 2,3 times but can not get it consistent. I also do a clear hip to handstand before it and would like to try steep down after would this give me more power? Any drills suggestions?
