hello guys my pullover is.. ick. ill get it once, then not be able to do it! what can i do to get it consitenly? (SP?) having major problems with it! its holding me back from learning other stuff ( kips, front hips circles etc.) what conditioning can i do at home? how many? any drills ? D: this is my WORST event. all my other events are a flyby. this is seriously holding me back! someone help D; thanks in advanced.
