Congrats on the great practice for Bella!! That is great news! I would keep up the reminders and that should help you towards habit. Hopefully, you won't, but you might have some setbacks. If you do, please don't be discouraged, just keep doing what you're doing and it will sort itself. Take care!
 
Maybe you could make her a sticker chart for good practices. Get a calender, and mark down all the days she has practices. If she has a good practice with almost no/none at all "outbursts", put a sticker on. At the end of the month/term, give her treat, like ice cream or a trip to the beach or something.

There was a girl in the gym whose mom did this with her, and behaviour stopped almost IMMEDIATIELY!
