For some reason recently my hip flexor has been bothering me a lot. I dont think i did something spacific to hurt it, but I've been working on kip cast straddle handstand recently, and a couple of days ago i did one and as soon as i got off the bar it started hurting. At first it just felt like it needed to pop, but then after like an hour it was still bothering me. I have had it hurt like that before like when we do straddle L holds, or presses, but usually it goes away after like 5 minutes or just pops, and is fine. But today it felt fine at the beginning of practice, but when we started doing things like conditioning it started to actually hurt, not just feel like it needed to pop. Then after practice when I was at the mall it hurt a ton to just walk. I'm worried i pulled something in my hip flexor. Has anyone else had this problem before? or any suggestions of what to do or how to stretch it?

Rest it and if it doesn't clear up in a few days, see a doctor or physiotherapist.

I agree with Nicki. This happened to me a while back only it was with really aggressive straddle kips down from a clear hip handstand. It hurts for a while, but just take it easy on the skill for a while and I'd recommend gently stretching it. Don't worry, its not permanent, and you probably shouldn't have it again after this.
But if it doesn't go away for a couple weeks or the pain gets too much to bear, I'd see a doctor. It might be something more than over stretching.
