I've been in an adult class for about a year and a half so far and lately it seems like my upper body strength is improving really quickly for some reason. I've always been able to do cheater pull ups (where you jump into it a little and don't straighten your arms all the way when you go down), but I discovered a few weeks ago that I could do one from a dead hang! I can now do several in a row :] I've also been working on climbing the rope with no legs and I can pull myself up about 8 times now before I get tired.
I feel like I never have much to brag about but I'm pretty impressed with myself about these two things. Pretty good for a 20 year old
