i just started working on kips a few practices ago ( maybe 5 or 6.) for a few minutes every time we go on bars, and i got my kip all by myself today @ practice! :) it was bent arms, but its a start right!? :p i'm really excited, but disappointed my coach didn't get to see it! she was with the older girls at a meet ): i also got my backwalkover on low beam too :p
