Hi everyone I havent been posting anything for a while now but I was just wondering if you have any good things I could do to help my nervs, Because I have a comp in a couple od days
 
Close your eyes and visualize your routines, don't watch other competitors at the meet because if they mess up then that's what's going to be in the front of your mind. Visualize each move flowing together perfectly! Be confident in yourself, keep telling yourself that you are going to rock it!! :) Good Luck
