So I was talking to some of the girls at our gym the other day And the coach was telling us that we are doing strength training next week so we wimped an awwwed and tht was tht .But then another girl said every body get more protein they off the Cheetos ...And we laughed but then she started talking about how she drank protein shakes and apparently so do a lot of girls at our gym ... SO main question what do you think would you rather drink protein shakes or not ?And if so Do they work or help build muscle ?
