so recently my coachs realized im not getting both of my shoulders back during my ro bhs, so ones a little forward, while the others further back during the BHS part of the ROBHS. i also do this during my regular bhs. my coaches can't seem to find a solution. they just tell me to throw both my shoulders back. I try to throw them back but it doesn't seem to be working. Is it because my other shoulder isn't as flexible...? or am i doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.

Yes, try stretching your shoulder more, but also you could be going crooked, so try to focus on jumping equally from both legs. :)
