WAG Sprained ankle - conditioning routine

One of my gymnasts is coming in today after spraining her ankle. She can't stay away from the gym. Does anyone have a conditioning routine I can hand her to do while she is off her ankle?
 
One of my gymnasts is coming in today after spraining her ankle. She can't stay away from the gym. Does anyone have a conditioning routine I can hand her to do while she is off her ankle?

I'm not sure if this counts as ''conditioning'' necessarily, but she could probably do a lot of arm and ab strength. When I hurt my foot, I did some of these exercises.

Arms:
Chin-ups, Pull-ups, Leg lifts, chin-up pullovers, stalder leg lifts, pike leg lifts, pull-ups with grip change.

Abs: Sit ups to a mat, tuck crunchies, regular crunchies, V-ups, pike sliders, Butt-ups, Candlestick Butt-ups, Side rockers, hollow rockers, arch rockers.

Of course the number depends on the strength and level of the gymnast. My mind's kind of blank right now, so you can probably think of more on your own.:)
