4 months ago a fractured my foot and well it hadn't made any change and I am not able to do much at the training sessions and usually end up sitting around doing nothing.i have nothing to do at the sessions and my coach said to think of some things to do
What I am doing at the moment:
Side sault roll over box
Gainer flic of beat board
Change legs
Hanging leaps with weights
Spotted sets on bars-giants, clear hip handstands, kip cast handstands-spotted so I don't fall onto it
Tumble track bounce onto knees then round off thing for tsuk
Pop pops onto mats
Strength

If anybody has any suggestions on drills for 7/8/9 levels

Thank you

Handstand bounces on a trampoline for vault and bars.
Bounce back extension roll to handstand bounces on a trampoline. Then add a half turn into the handstand to practice blind changes and half piroettes (we've only done blinds, but I think you can do both).
Tap half turns on bars for blinds.
Piroettes on a floor bar.
Cast handstand drills if you don't have one yet. I have a whole sequence of drills for kip cast and cast handstands (I finally learned mine while in a boot laat year), message me if you'd like them.
Both me and a team mate have done all these things with walking boots on.

Thank you I will tell my coach and she has been trying to teach me blindchange and pirouette so I'm sure that these drills will come in handy
