Just talking what you have listed here it could be no more that 9.5. The series must have a flight, so 2 BWOs won't work. Could do a BWO-BHS, this would meet the requirement.

The dismount front full is not allowed at 8 because it's a C acro skill. If she did this dismount, I'm guessing her SV would drop to 9.0 because she wouldn't get credit for the dismount. If she changed to a FLO only dismount than she would be fine because that's a B.
