My daughter, age 10 new level 7, will be in the gym 22 hours per week. 16 of those are training. The other 6 hours are as a "Coach-in-Training" for the pre-school rec class, which she is SO excited about! The reason is a split schedule. She will train from 8-11am, and then her second training session of the day is from 2-4...so from 11-2 she will work with the little ones. She doesn't have to...but it means that I don't have to run back and forth from the gym multiples times per day.
