I know I've read minimum age for competing level 4 is 7. Do they have to be 7 at the time of the meet or is it age 7 by state meet? Or does it vary by state?

Quick question, would a Level 4 vault that scores 9.3 score 9.3 in level 7? Are they scored the same in each level, or are there additional requirements that come into play? Curious how this works as the gymnast goes for a long time without changing vaults.
