Hi!!

Hi I am very new to gymnastics. My oldest daugther has been doing rec gymnastics for two years and we just switched gyms and she is now on the level 1 team(5 years old). My 3 year old will start her first day of rec gymnastics this month. I am excited and nervous and just wanted to learn about what i should expect with oldest DD. She practices 2 days a week for two hours and they will start to compete in the fall.

Hi! It's so awesome that your kids are into gymnastics!! I loved it when I was in it!! It's such a great sport and it teaches you so much about everyday life as well!! Being a gymnast taught me to have so much more confidence and respect about myself. I stand much taller thanks to it!
