So I did competitive gymnastics up until this September (I would be level 8 this year) but I had to quit for high school (just not enough time). I was training just under 20 hours a week. This year I have more work and since I don't have to make time to go to the gym, I don't really find that time and I really haven't worked out at all.
The thing is, I feel so bad doing that! I mean, I hate wasting all the work I put into conditioning for years to build muscle just to fall out of shape. Know what I mean? It's just such a waste, and I feel guilty because I really think I should be doing something. One of my friends is a former gymnast, too, but she doesn't work out very much at all and I guess doesn't mind it...
Any suggestions?
