Parents Skipping levels

Does your gym allow gymnasts to skip levels? For example, if they are competing in level 2, would your gym move them to level 4 the following season if they have all the skills or would they make them do level 3?

Our gym definitely allows kids to skip levels. it happens frequently.

Both gyms that my kid went to allow girls to skip a level if they have shown that they are really ready to do that.

Sure... skip if they have the skills at those levels.

Yep, the coaches have the girls compete where they will be most successful, whether that means skipping or repeating.
