Hi, I am an xcel gold gymnast, my current front tumbling pass is a front tuck on floor, but I can do front pikes as well. However, I also LAUNCH forward after them because I have a lot of front tumbling power. I know you are allowed to compete front layouts in gold, but I haven't worked them a lot on floor, but I think I could get them in time for my next meet (end of June).

I was wondering though if connected front saltos are allowed in gold?
I am planning on trying to get my front tuck-front tuck or front tuck-front pike to work on upgrades for platinum/diamond. I haven't started working on them on floor yet, but they are pretty consistent (and stuck) on tumble track.

Thank you for your help!

Salto connections should be allowed. Not sure if there is a restriction on amount of B elements (like front pike) you can do but a front tuck front tuck or a front tuck front pike should be okay as long as you don’t have two many b elements if that’s a restriction (I would double check with your coach)
